Adams appointed Director of the Division of Water Resources

The Uintah Water Conservancy District congratulates Todd Adams on his appointment as Director of the Utah Division of Water Resources. Todd replaces Eric Millis who has served in this position for the last six years. We look forward to Todd's leadership as Utah confronts complex water challenges such as infrastructure investment, Colorado River drought contingencies, and Native American water rights settlements.
